See you in 2014!

The manifestation, now in its eighth edition, has become an established gourmand and lifestyle event, bringing together the main protagonists of the best national and international cuisine, in a breathtaking and excellent setting such as that of the Alta Badia, the well-known mountain locality voted the best Alpine resort by the Italian Touring Club in 2008.

Supporter of this traditional event are two of the most famous restaurants of Alta Badia: restaurant St. Hubertus – Relais & Chateaux Rosa Alpina and restaurant La Siriola – Hotel Ciasa Salares, that will accommodate friends and colleagues from throughout Italy and the rest of the world.
The event philosophy is simple but of fundamental importance. All professionals present share a mutual goal, that of maintaining high standards when it comes to the quality of local products, craftsmanship and selection of raw materials, essential factors that make the quality of Italian culinary products a unique value on the international scene.

Audi Chef’s Cup Südtirol has always lent itself as the ideal opportunity for professionals to discuss issues informally and an occasion for great chefs, the public and Companies to come together.

The 2013 edition will last a whole week, from 20 to 25 of January 2013, opening many of its activities to the public.
Alta Badia will become the home of haute cuisine for six days offering guests the opportunity of taking part in many activities: sports, entertainment, cooking and meetings.
The aim of this Gourmet Week is that of reinforcing the event philosophy in both gastronomic and sporting initiatives involving not only the culinary elite and sector operators but also the public.

Therefore the Chef’s Cup remains a characteristic action-packed 3 day-event, then opens the doors to the public with activities related to each other, always in the company of famous chefs.
